How to Manage a MegaProject Which End You Won’t Live to See?
The decommissioning of the Ignalina Nuclear Power Plant is one of the largest and longest-running infrastructure portfolios in the Region. With a portfolio of over 100 individual projects, ranging from dismantling and demolition to radioactive waste management and long-term repositories solutions, this megaproject is planned to continue through the year 2100.
